Order cancellation
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service. If your order has already shipped, then order cancellation is not possible

- Item Condition: All of our signs are made to order, which means we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect selections. However, if your sign arrives faulty, not as described, or damaged in transit, we’ve got your back. In line with Australian Consumer Law, Groovy Neon Signs will either repair, replace, or refund faulty products depending on the issue. Each case is reviewed carefully to make sure we deliver a fair and fast resolution.
